This Privacy Policy explains how Boreal Print Lab collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit borealprintlab.ca or place an order. By using our site, you agree to this policy.

- When you buy from us: the information you provide, such as your name, shipping and billing address, and email address.
- When you browse: your device’s IP address and basic technical data (browser, operating system) that help us understand how our store is used.
- When you use our design tool: the photos you upload and the text you add. These may show you or other people, so we use them only to produce your order.
- With your permission: your email, if you choose to receive news about our products and updates.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about them, improve our store, send you updates you have agreed to receive, and meet our legal obligations.

When you provide personal information to complete a purchase, verify payment, arrange delivery, or handle a return, you consent to us collecting and using it for that specific purpose. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are encrypted and handled in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We never store your full card number. Your transaction data is kept only as long as needed to complete your purchase.
Third-party services
We share only the information necessary to run our store, with trusted partners:
- Stripe, to process payments
- Printify, to print and ship your order
- Runware, to remove the background of the photos you choose, only when you tick “Remove background”
- Google, for website analytics
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
These partners have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them. Some of them, such as our payment processor and our background removal service, may store or process data outside Québec and Canada, for example in the United States, where it could be subject to local laws. Once you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party site, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.
Cookies
We use cookies to make our store work and to understand how it is used:
- Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working (WooCommerce).
- Analytics cookies help us see how visitors use the site (Google Analytics).
- Security cookies help prevent fraud during payment (Stripe).
