Every item is made to order. When you place an order, we print it just for you, for the best possible quality. That extra bit of care is why we ask for a short production time before your order ships.
Here is what to expect for standard shipping within Canada:
- Production time: 2 to 5 business days (your order in the queue, then printed)
- Shipping time: 2 to 5 business days (from the carrier picking it up to your door)
These are estimates and can vary slightly during busy periods like the holidays.
Printed and shipped from Canada
All our products are printed and shipped from Ontario, Canada.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way home. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking shows no information at first, this is usually just a delay in updating and nothing to worry about. If your order passes its estimated arrival date, contact us at borealprintlab@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.
Multiple items in one order
Because each item is made to order, the pieces in a larger order may be produced and shipped separately. If that happens, we cover any extra shipping cost so every item reaches you as quickly as possible.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
