Made to order
Every item is printed just for you once you order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on size or a change of mind. Please read the size charts carefully before ordering. All our tops are unisex, and the manufacturer allows a tolerance of plus or minus 1 inch.
Changes and cancellations
Once your order is placed, it moves into production quickly, so we may not be able to change or cancel it. If you need to adjust something, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best, though we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before checking out.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number and email
- A photo or video of the item
- For a printing error: a clear photo of the error
- For a sizing concern: a photo of the garment with a measuring tape or ruler
Once confirmed, we will send you a new product at no cost.
Lost in transit
If your package shows no movement for more than 3 weeks or is well past its estimated arrival, and the shipping address was correct, we will send a free replacement in a timely manner.
Refunds
We resolve most issues with a replacement, which is usually the fastest way to get you the product you love. If a replacement is not possible, contact us and we will find a fair solution.
A few notes
- We are unable to cover replacements for errors on the customer’s side, such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Colors may vary slightly due to lighting during photography or your screen settings.
